Why I Created This?
Every holiday season, I overindulged.
Parties, traveling, family gatherings, it all felt fun until the middle-of-the-night anxiety, sour stomach, and next-morning fog hit and the several cups of coffee to try and erase the evening.
For eight years, I looked forward to January because it was the reset my mind and body needed.
But it wasn’t always easy:

I hated explaining why I wasn’t drinking
Every February 1st, I felt AMAZING - clear, reset, productive, and grounded.
In 2021, I did Dry January and felt called to never pick up a drink again.
Not because I “had to” but because I loved how I felt.
Now, I want to guide you through a Selfish Dry reset with real support, real tools, and real encouragement because urges will come, and you don’t need to navigate them alone.
